Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted and must be sent back within 30 days of purchase.  To initiate a return please contact us by email at canacovesurfco@gmail.com to indicate the reason for the return.  Funds for returns will not be released without us being contacted prior to items being returned.

 Items being returned must be in NEW and salable condition.  We reserve the right to refuse a return if something is sent back used or unsalable.  The customer pays the return/exchange shipping fees.  If the order qualified for free shipping but the customer returns all items from the purchase, the  initial shipping cost will be deducted from the funds returned.
